Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
1.1. Our policy covers products purchased directly from our store within the last 15 days.
1.2. To be eligible for a return or refund, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
1.3. Some products may be exempt from return or refund due to hygiene or safety reasons, such as perishable goods, intimate apparel, or personalized items.

Return Process
2.1. Prior to returning a product, please contact our customer support team within the 15-day window to initiate the return process.
2.2. Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions for returning the product.
2.3. The product must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Process
3.1. Once we receive the returned product and verify its eligibility for a refund, we will initiate the refund process.
3.2. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. It'll take 2-5 business days to reflect the amount. 
3.3. Shipping and handling charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Conditions for Refusal
4.1. We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the product does not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in section 1.
4.2. Products that have been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling will not be eligible for a refund.
4.3. Refunds may be refused for products that have been tampered with, altered, or modified in any way.

Exchanges
5.1. We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired product.
